Kyle Shaw appointed as Chairman of PEC Pte Ltd

The Board of PEC Pte Ltd (“PEC”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kyle Shaw as Chairman of PEC Ltd with immediate effect. Kyle joined the PEC Board as Deputy Chairman in June 2025 following Liberty Energy Solutions Ltd acquisition of PEC. Liberty Energy Solutions is the controlling shareholder of PEC and has wholly-owned subsidiaries with CR3 Group Ltd (“CR3”) and ZymeFlow Inc (“ZymeFlow”). Liberty Energy Solutions brings together all three companies under a single global platform serving the energy infrastructure industry with major operational offices in Singapore, Houston, and Abu Dhabi.
In addition to Liberty Energy Solutions, Kyle is Chairman of other companies including CR3, ZymeFlow, Beyonics, Icons Beauty Group, and AMOS Group, and brings over three decades of industrial and services investment experience to the Chairmanship. He founded ShawKwei & Partners in 1999 and built it into a respected industrial private equity investor with a long track record of partnering with management teams to create sustainable long-term value across Asia, the United States, and Europe.
Ms. Edna Ko, who has chaired PEC with exceptional commitment and leadership over past 40+ years, will continue serving PEC as Deputy Chairman and providing continuity to the Board. Over the past 40 years Edna has shaped PEC into one of Asia’s most respected providers of maintenance and engineering services to the energy infrastructure industry. Edna has earned the lasting trust of blue-chip clients, built an organization renowned for technical excellence and safety, and cultivated a workforce defined by loyalty and pride.
