Liberty Energy Solutions announces appointment of Chief Operating Officer
Singapore, 2 September 2025: Liberty Energy Solutions Ltd (“Liberty Energy”) announces the appointment of Dean Bell as Chief Operating Officer, which is a new position. Dean will be responsible for promoting operational excellence at Liberty Energy subsidiaries and realizing synergies across its subsidiaries. Dean will report to the Chairman of Liberty Energy’s Board of Directors.
Dean has over 30 years’ experience in energy services having started at Schlumberger and served over 20 years in various positions around the world including senior management positions in France, Middle East, and Kazakhstan. Dean next joined Weatherford International for six years in Dubai, UAE rising to President of their Services Product Lines. In 2021 Dean became the Group Managing Director of Harris Pye in Dubai as well as the Chairman of the Board of Excel Marco in Singapore. From 2022 until now Dean has been the Chief Executive Officer of Alturki Holding Group – Sawafi in Saudi Arabia. Dean received with honors his BS in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
